Choral Scholarship


A Choral Scholarship (alto, tenor or bass) is offered each year to singers who are either looking for a gap-year, or for a year after university. Auditions take place during the autumn.

Organ Scholarship


Dean Close School, in conjunction with Tewkesbury Abbey, offers an Organ Scholarship which is open to candidates either at gap-year or postgraduate stage.

The Schola Cantorum sing the weekday choral services at the Abbey.

The choristers are all educated at Dean Close Preparatory School in Cheltenham.
